Flow

We took a quick trip out to Honister Pass last weekend, and it was so relaxing to sit by this stream, listening to the water as it flowed over the boulders. There were groups of herdwick sheep rambling over the mountains, and the only other sounds were of the winds as they wended their way through the u-shaped valley.

I'm linking up with Sue for Wordless Wednesdays today.

Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday!

  2. There are a few things as soothing and relaxing as the sound of a running water stream. It's not until you get to stop every day life and enjoy it that you realise how wonderful it is. I used to live in a tropical climate and finding a bit of water was a simple thing, here on the other side of the continent it is much much harder.

  4. Beautiful photo! I just came by to answer your question. The moth was from Dead Things by Kate (it was £35 and I collected it as she's only a few miles from me). I also bought a stuffed pheasant (as you do!) which is how I got a good close up on those colourful feathers. I've named him Ferdinand and he'll appear properly on my blog at some point!

She does have a website (and twitter / facebook / instagram) ...
